New Program Leadership Announced
Earlier this year, the Touchdown Club accepted the resignation of Director and Coach Paul Roe with deep regret, and recently began a search for a new Non-Coaching Director. In fact we did not find one, but two people to share this large responsibility. The Touchdown Club is pleased to announce the following appointments:
Program Co-Directors: Jim Burnett and Jean Marie Haskell.
Head Coach: Doug Beckwith.
In keeping with the the Touchdown Clubs objective of separating Coaching from the Directors role, Jean and Jim will share the Directors responsibility. They will jointly have full control of the operation of the program under the auspices of the Touchdown Club.
In a related move, Doug Beckwith will have the responsibility of Head Coach, coordinating on field activity and coaching assignments. Other coaches have yet to be finalized. Anyone interested should contact Doug, Jim or Jean.
